We present our results to you on the basis of a strengths/weaknesses profile and point out development needs. We also give you an initial outlook on possible savings potential.
Analysis & conceptual design
Only after a careful identification of causes and effects we are able to transfer your development needs into target-oriented concepts and action plans. In this phase, it is particularly important for us to work very closely with you and your departments in order to take into account all relevant company specifics and to increase the acceptance of the action plans. In addition we review the professional development needs of your purchasing staff and, if necessary, propose a training plan for your team.
Education / Training
Training serves as an impetus for us to initiate the necessary changes. Training and coaching measures serve the sustainable implementation of what has been learned. Therefore, we usually recommend a combination of both. We train and coach your team in basic purchasing topics. If desired, we can offer additional, special training modules by relying on our cooperation partners.
Implementation

We guide your employees and know the ups and downs of a change process from various completed projects. Of course, we apply the usual project management methods, such as work packages, schedules and milestone plans, as well as premise checks and progress reports.
